•  Dust FRONTS, SIDES and LEGS of furniture
•  Dust miscellaneous items on top of furniture & shelves (i.e., lamps, perfume bottles, hairspray bottles, decorative pieces, soap containers, etc.)
•  Clean mirrors
•  Dust mirror casings
•  Clean vanity (countertop, sink)
•  Dust miscellaneous items on the vanity (i.e., lamps, perfume bottles, hairspray bottles, decorative pieces, soap containers, etc.)
•  SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Pick miscellaneous items up off the vanity to clean underneath them, dry wipe them, and then replace them STAGED. IF items are soaking wet and can not be dry wiped, dry them off enough to keep them from dripping water back onto the vanity, then replace STAGED.
• Take out trash for small and large cans (replace with Homeowner's trash bags, can use Verv's if needed)
• Dust outside of trash cans
• Dust everything on walls (picture frames, etc.)
•  Clean toilet
•  Wet wipe baseboard directly behind toilet
• Dust miscellaneous items on the ground (i.e., toilet brush holder, standing toilet paper holders, scales,   etc.)
•  Dust towel racks
•  Dust toilet paper holder
•  Fold toilet paper
•  Clean shower and tubs
•  Stage all miscellaneous items into the shower & tub (shampoo bottles, etc.)
•  Tidy and stage room
•  Vacuum or shake out rugs
•  Sweep/vacuum and mop the floor
•  Self-Inspect Room

**Bedrooms**

•  Dust all high light fixtures
•  Dust all high and low vents
•  Bed making (upon request only; Check Jobber)
•  Clean tops of furniture (wet wipe, not just dusting)
•  Wet wipe all miscellaneous items on furniture/shelves (i.e., lamps, lamp shades, decorative pieces, catch-alls, etc.)
•  Dust fronts, sides, and all reachable elements of furniture
•  Dust everything on walls (picture frames, etc.)
•  Take out trash for small and large cans (replace with Homeowner's trash bags, can use Verv's if needed)
•  Dust outside of trash cans
•  Clean mirrors
•  Dust mirror casings
•  Tidy and stage room
•  Vacuum or shake out rugs
•  Sweep/vacuum and mop floor
•  Self-Inspect Room

**Kitchen / Dining Areas**

•  Dust all high light fixtures
•  Dust all high and low vents
•  Clean backsplash
•  Clean all countertops
•  Clean underneath all items on countertops
•  Dust all small appliances and miscellaneous items on countertop
•  Clean front of dishwasher
•  Clean microwave (inside/outside)
•  Clean front and sides of refrigerator (open fridge door to get in-between them)
•  Clean stove top and outside of oven
•  Clean top of hood vent (underneath hood vent is not included)
•  Clean sink
•  Dust window sill above sink
•  Dust all items on window sill above sink (and pick up and clean underneath)
• Dust everything on walls (picture frames, etc.)
•  Clean table surfaces
•  Dust table legs
• Wet wipe all items on tabletops including decorative trays, decorative cookware, utensil holders, etc.
•  Wet wipe chair seats and back lip of chairs
•  Dust chair legs and casings
•  Dust shelves and miscellaneous furniture
•  Take out trash for small and large cans (replace with Homeowner's trash bags, can use Verv's if needed)
•  Dust outside of trash cans
•  Tidy and stage room
•  Vacuum or shake out rugs
•  Sweep/vacuum and mop floor
•  Self-Inspect Room

**Mains**

•  Dust all high light fixtures
•  Dust all high and low vents
•  Clean inside and outside of all glass doors
•  Wet Wipe SURFACES of all furniture and miscellaneous items throughout room
•  Dust FRONTS and SIDES of all furniture and miscellaneous items throughout room
•  Wet wipe miscellaneous items on tops of furniture/shelves (i.e., lamps, lamp shades, picture frames, decorative pieces, catch-alls, etc.) Special Instructions: Pick up miscellaneous items up off of furniture to clean underneath them, wet wipe those items, and then replace them STAGED :)
•  Clean mirrors
•  Dust mirror casings
•  Dust everything on walls (pictures, decor, etc.)
•  Clean TV screen, border, and back of TV
•  Take out trash for small and large cans (replace with Homeowner's trash bags, can use Verv's if needed)

•  Clean couch cup holders (wet wipe)

•  Tidy and stage room

•  Wet wipe TOPS/FRONTS/REACHABLE SIDES of washer and dryer

•  Dust all miscellaneous items on floor (mops, vacuums, shoes, etc.)
•  Clean mirrors
•  Dust mirror casings
•  Take out trash for small and large cans (replace with Homeowner's trash bags, can use Verv's if needed)
•  Dust outside of trash cans
•  Dust everything on walls (picture frames, etc.)
•  Dust shelving within reach and all items on shelving
•  Tidy and stage room
•  Vacuum or shake out rugs
•  Sweep/vacuum and mop floor
